My Tech Playground: Where Code Meets Hardware
Welcome to my digital workshop! Here's where the magic happens - a blend of cutting-edge hardware and carefully curated software that powers my coding adventures and creative pursuits. Whether you're a tech enthusiast or just curious about what makes a developer's setup tick, I hope you'll find something interesting here.
The Heart of My Setup
My Trusty PC
At the core of my digital realm is a custom-built PC, lovingly assembled to handle everything from intense coding sessions to the occasional gaming marathon. It's not just a computer; it's my partner in crime for all things tech.
Key Specs: Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, RAM: 32.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 3600MHz, Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG CROSSHAIR VIII EXTREME (AM4), Graphics: 24GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090, Storage: Multiple Samsung SSDs and Western Digital SSD, Optical Drives: None, Audio: Focusrite USB Audio
Fun Fact: This was my first all new high-end build for both the hardware and cooling which is designed to have a Halo Covenant lighting scheme following the pinks and purples from the Human-Covenant War in universe.
My Digital Toolbox
Software Arsenal
Every craftsman needs their tools, and for a developer, software is where it's at. Here's a peek into the applications that help me bring ideas to life:
- Design Dabbling: Figma, GIMP, and Photoshop (basic use) — used primarily for UI mockups, stream overlays, and custom desktop ricing elements
- Productivity Powerhouse: Obsidian, Notion, and Bitwarden — a strong combo for structured planning, secure credential management, and knowledge base tracking across coding, streaming, and job hunting
- Version Control Virtuoso: Git via CLI and GitHub — actively used for tracking personal projects, automation scripts, and iterative web development work (including your job bot and Linux scripts)
Each of these tools plays a crucial role in my workflow, from brainstorming to deployment.
The Command Center
Where It All Comes Together
My workspace is more than just a desk - it's where ideas transform into reality. Here's what keeps me comfortable and productive during those long coding sessions:
My desk is a custom build for my ThermalTake Tower 900. As the case was 2 meters tall it took some extra work to make a desk that fit me and my preipherals comfortably in my PC area.
- Visual Real Estate: My primary display is a 40" 4k60Hz Sharp TV[40BL2KA] with a Samsung Odyssey G7 27" 240Hz currently stacked on top.
- Input Mastery: [Keyboard and mouse description]
- Audio Atmosphere: [Headphones or speaker setup]
Ergonomics Note: [Brief mention of any ergonomic considerations in your setup]
Always Evolving
Technology never stands still, and neither does my setup. I'm always on the lookout for new tools and hardware that can enhance my workflow and push my projects further. Stay tuned for updates as my digital habitat continues to evolve!
